Shipping, returns and digital products.
Where do you ship merch?
We ship to all 27 EU countries, the United States and Canada. Merch is printed on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful. EU standard shipping is €6.90, free on orders of €60 or more. Shipping options and costs for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay. See our shipping policy.
How long does merch take?
Each item is made when you order it. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped with tracking. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How will I receive digital products?
Our digital toolkits are coming soon. When they launch, you will get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email right after payment.
Do you offer size guides?
Yes. Every apparel product page has a size chart in the product details.
What is your return policy?
Merch can be returned within 30 days of delivery (EU customers also have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal). Contact customers@secnewstore.com with your order number first. Our return address and the withdrawal form are on the Returns & withdrawal page, full terms in our refund policy.
